Fruity Rock Buns

Ingredients:
8 oz self raising flour
half level tsp baking powder
4 oz margerine
3 oz caster sugar
4 oz mixed fruit peel
1 egg
1 tbsp milk
Place all ingredients in a bowl. Mix together with wooden spoon. Place heaped teaspoons of mix on greased baking sheets. Bake in moderate oven (200C) for 15-20 minutes. Dust with caster sugar.
